Tessera abbonamento e-via
The “e-via” Card is a personal identification document with a photo that allows users to:
• directly load season tickets purchased online or at self-service ticket machines, without the need to print a paper ticket;
• be recognized by on-board inspection devices used by train staff;
• benefit from fast access through the control gates connecting to the San Paolo District and to Karol Wojtyła Airport;
• take advantage of additional services that will soon be available at our stations.
The “e-via” Card can be requested online by completing all fields of the form available on the company’s website at the following link: https://www.ferrotramviaria.it/web/guest/tessera-abbonamento-e-via
The cost of the “e-via” Card is €5.00, as a contribution to service costs, payable:
• in cash, when collecting the card;
• by bank transfer, after sending a copy of the payment receipt (under “Attached Documents” in the online form).
The “e-via” Card can be collected:
• by appointment with the Technical Support – Customer Relations Office at Ferrotramviaria S.p.A., Piazza A. Moro 50/B – Bari, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.;
• at station ticket offices, during opening hours, only for cards purchased by bank transfer or issued free of charge, upon presentation of valid identification.
Members of the Law Enforcement Agencies (Carabinieri, State Police, Guardia di Finanza, and Penitentiary Police), the Armed Forces (Italian Army, Air Force, and Navy), the Fire Brigade, and the individuals specified in Regional Law 31/10/2002 No. 18 – Art. 30, who apply for it, are entitled to receive the card free of charge.
