The “e-via” card is a personal identification document with a photo that allows users to:

• directly load season tickets purchased online or at Self Service ticket machines, without having to print the paper season ticket;
• to be recognized by the on-board personnel control devices;
• to benefit from the opportunity of a quick passage through the control gates of the connection with the San Paolo District and the connection with the Karol Wojtyla Airport;
• to be able to use additional services, soon to be implemented at our stations.

The “e-via” card can be obtained by personally presenting the appropriate application form, downloadable from the company website www.ferrotramviaria.it, duly completed, together with a passport-sized photo and a copy of a valid identity document, to the General Transport Directorate of Ferrotramviaria, Piazza A. Moro 50/B - Bari.

The request for the e-via card with the relevant attachments can also be submitted online, directly on the homepage of the company website www.ferrotramviaria.it.

The “e-via” card costs €5.00, as a contribution to the costs of the service that must be paid when collecting the card or in advance by bank transfer.

The user can collect the “e-via” card not only at the General Transport Directorate of Ferrotramviaria “Technical Operations Support - Customer Relations Office” but also at the station ticket offices, in any case with a valid identification document.

To members of the FF.OO. (Carabinieri, State Police, Guardia di Finanza and Penitentiary Police) to the FF.AA. (Italian Army, Air Force and Navy) to the VV.F. (Fire Brigade) and to the subjects indicated in the Regional Law 31/10/2002 n. 18 - art. 30, who request it, the card is issued free of charge.
