The "e-via" card is a personal identification document with a photo that allows users to:

• Load their season tickets directly onto the card when purchased online or at Self-Service ticket machines, eliminating the need to print paper tickets;

• Be identified by the onboard staff’s control devices;

• Benefit from quick access through control gates for the connection to the San Paolo District and the Karol Wojtyla Airport;

• Take advantage of additional services that will soon be available at our stations.

The "e-via" card can be obtained by personally presenting the completed application form (available at the link: https://www.ferrotramviaria.it/web/guest/tessera-abbonamento-e-via along with a passport-sized photo and a copy of a valid ID, at Ferrotramviaria S.p.A., Piazza A. Moro 50/B, Bari.

The application for the "e-via" card and the required documents can also be submitted online directly from the homepage of the company’s website: www.ferrotramviaria.it

The "e-via" card costs €5.00 as a contribution to service costs, to be paid upon collection or in advance via bank transfer.

The card can be collected not only at the Ferrotramviaria S.p.A. “Technical Support Operations - Customer Relations Office” – but also at station ticket offices, in all cases with a valid ID.

Members of the Law Enforcement Agencies (Carabinieri, State Police, Guardia di Finanza, and Penitentiary Police), Armed Forces (Italian Army, Air Force, and Navy), Firefighters, and individuals listed in Regional Law 31/10/2002 no. 18 - art. 30, are entitled to receive the card free of charge upon request.
