  *Ferrotramviaria S.p.A has signed a purchase contract with Alstom for the supply of 4 additional new “ETR 104” medium-capacity bidirectional electric trains, with a single-deck fixed composition and 3,000 V DC power supply, each consisting of 4 intercommunicating cars, to be used for regional passenger rail transport on the Bari-Barletta railway infrastructure. The new 4 trains, which are added to the 7 already delivered between 2023 and 2025, comply with all environmental sustainability characteristics and are equipped with the most advanced and effective technical solutions, and will complete the renewal of the fleet as envisaged by the Economic and Financial Plan of the Service Contract – IF 2022-2033 with the Puglia Region
