Lost Property

The report of a lost item can be forwarded in the following ways:
- By calling 080/5299526 on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 14.30 to 15.30
- Online using the appropriate form
- “Ferrotramviaria SpA” app for mobile devices with Android or Apple (iOS) operating systems, by clicking on the Lost Items/Contacts icon
Lost items can be collected by the owners:
- at Bari Centrale Railway Station, every weekday from 8:00 to 14:00
- at the Bitonto Bus Station, every weekday from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:00.
If the ownership of the lost item is certain, due to the presence of an identity card or other document, and the owner is traceable, the interested party will be informed for collection. In other cases, upon request for the return of a lost item, the employee will note the personal details of the applicant, taking them from an identification document, and will require a detailed description of the claimed item. If the description matches the claimed item, the applicant may collect the item after signing the lost property register.
After the 1-month storage period, in compliance with the provisions of the Civil Code, we will deliver the unclaimed items to the Lost Property Office of the Municipality of Bari and the Municipality of Bitonto, respectively.
