Travelers are informed that starting from August 5, 2023, Trenitalia has introduced a new digital ticket on its sales channels (App, website, travel agencies, and other authorized operators). This digital ticket allows unlimited date changes up to midnight of the previous day, as long as online check-in is completed before boarding the train.

Passengers using Ferrotramviaria S.p.A. services with the new Trenitalia electronic ticket must obligatorily check in to receive an electronic QR code, which is valid for travel.
