Travellers are advised that the 2025 Service Charter was published on 26 March.
A source of information on transport services, suggestions, proposals, complaints, the new Service Charter can be consulted and downloaded from the company website www.ferrovienordbarese.it.
It is also available, upon request, at the Secretariat of the Directorate General for Transport;
It is also available, in extract version (Italian and English), at the ticket offices of stations and stops.
