Passengers with a monthly pass are entitled, as provided for in the Service Charter, to compensation in the event that, during the period of validity of the same, they incur a succession of delays or cancellations not replaced by bus services.

Compensation can be requested in the event that the services offered reach, for reasons attributable to Ferrotramviaria, a reliability index of less than 90%, a value that is calculated on the number of trains arriving at their destination with a delay equal to and/or greater than 15 minutes and on the number of trains cancelled and not replaced by replacement bus services.

The reliability index for the month of February 2025 is as follows:
