Ferrotramviaria employs staff with the qualifications required by current regulations and in sufficient numbers to ensure the regular performance of the service.
Furthermore, the Company is committed to the training of its employees, with the aim of maximising the effectiveness of the service offered and the satisfaction of the traveller. The selection of staff hired for roles that involve direct contact with the public aims to ensure a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Employees in contact with the public are equipped with identification badges, showing their role, badge number, and photograph.
Office employees, in the case of telephone communication, are required to provide their surname, rank, and department upon request.
Staff in contact with the public, in the performance of their duties, wear the company uniform and are expected to pay particular attention to personal grooming. Any form of neglect and/or excessive eccentricity of personal appearance is not permitted.
Staff are encouraged to use clear and understandable language for imparting information and communication with the public. Employees in contact with customers are expected to be prompt and helpful and to treat all travellers with respect and courtesy, establishing a relationship of trust and collaboration.
